We woke up to one of the most unreal views we’ve ever seen—St. Thomas, glowing in full Caribbean glory. The sun was just rising over the hills, casting that perfect golden light across the water. It felt like waking up in a travel commercial.
As we stepped out onto the dock, we were immediately greeted by the unexpected stars of the morning: monster lizards. Seriously, these guys were huge—just chilling like they owned the place. If you’ve never seen a four-foot iguana casually sunbathing next to your flip-flops, St. Thomas is here to deliver.
After some coffee and laughs about our new reptile neighbors, we hitched a ride to one of the island’s stunning beaches for what would turn out to be the wildest experience of the trip—flyboarding.
