US SHIPPING DELIVERY

Standard US delivery takes 2-9 business days* (excluding weekends and public holidays and processing time).

Expedited US delivery takes 1-5 business days* (excluding weekends and public holidays and processing time).

Borillasnaps ships international packages via DHL Shipping. Carriers can change at any time. All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any of these additional fees. Please allow additional time for International orders to arrive due to customs processing delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

International orders shipped are charged based on weight and value of goods, rate will vary.

Receiving countries may not have all shipping options available. All available shipping options will be presented to you when selecting shipping at checkout. We are unable to  change shipping options once your order has been placed. 

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date as delays may occur that are out of our control. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

Standard Domestic Shipping 

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 12pm ET will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Express & Priority Domestic Shipping

Orders placed Monday-Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 12pm will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

International Shipping

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-receipt with your order and payment confirmation. Please note, if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, your order was not received or processed, more than likely due to a billing error. Please resubmit your order to be sure you receive your item.

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. You may track the progress of your shipment by clicking the link in the email. Alternatively, you can create a Members Club account to track all your purchases from metal Umbrella.

Order History

View and track your order history, add and save multiple addresses, and payment methods for faster checkout, all in one convenient location.

To view your order history:

  1. Sign into your account and click "Order History".
  2. Click "View Order" in your order history.
  3. Click "Track Items" to get the tracking information for your order.

It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be updated.


REDIRECTING AN ORDER

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry :( 

If you believe you’ve entered the wrong address on your order, please reach out to borillasnaps@gmail.com. We may be able to help if your order has not been dispatched, but there is no guarantee that orders will be redirected in time before being dispatched.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

For orders shipped to remote locations, we can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. We are happy to confirm that we do ship to PO boxes.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAY

Orders to Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Colombia, Fiji, Hong Kong, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Nepal, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam are experiencing scanning issues and have suspended written proof of delivery, which means scan data may not be accurate. Please monitor your tracking, and reach out to your local carrier for more information.


SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address. 


TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.

No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within North America.

Duty taxes may be applicable to orders delivered outside of the continental USA. The person receiving the shipment is legally obliged to pay Duty and VAT. Borillasnaps is not responsible for paying any additional DUTY, or VAT charges due on delivery based on your territory of residence.


PRE ORDERS

When placing a Pre-Order for Metal Umbrella Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Metal Umbrella shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to borillasnaps@gmail.com

You acknowledge and agree that Metal Umbrella may decline or delay Pre Orders to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.

PRE ORDER PAYMENTS

You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order.

PRE ORDER DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as possible, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Metal Umbrella does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Metal Umbrella is not obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule.
