Day 3 on the cruise and the FlowRider is still our favorite part of the ship. Jude has been grinding to unlock the blue band—getting closer every session—but he hasn’t quite met the requirements yet. The instructors are legit and showing him the best techniques, but he needs a little more time to put it all together.
Meanwhile… Luke is an absolute BEAST on the boogie board. He’s catching big air and even threw a barrel roll—which, apparently, is illegal on the ship. The staff asked him not to do it again. But still—guy’s a legend.
Noah is finding his flow. He’s riding with style, throwing down 180s like it’s nothing and even started with a clean drop-in. His confidence is building and it’s sick to watch.
Out of the 7,500 people on this ship, only four have earned the blue band—and one of them is Noah’s FlowRider nemesis. He’s been doing this longer than Noah, but seeing what he can do is honestly inspiring. I’m glad he’s here—it’s pushing Noah to go harder every session.
Stay tuned for Day 4—we’re heading to the island of St Kitts, zip lining through the jungle, and (yes, really) hanging out with monkeys.
This trip is insane. Let’s go!
