This weekend, the Borillasnaps crew took things to a whole new level — literally. We hopped a tour boat out to Ship Island, loaded down with skimboards, ramps, and just enough chaos to make it unforgettable.
Once we hit the beach, it was game on. We set up driftwood ramps, carved lines down the shore, and even turned Jude into a human ramp — because when you’re on a DB Skimboard, gravity becomes a suggestion.
We were lucky enough to be sent out two boards by @dbskimboards:
- The Party Barge (as fun as it sounds)
- The Stiff Streamline (poppy, clean, and super responsive)
These boards were magic. They handled everything we threw at them — tricks, launches, sketchy driftwood builds — and delivered smooth landings, crazy airtime, and wild creativity. It’s not every day you get the chance to ride fresh gear from a top-tier company. For us, this was like getting a signature shoe deal in the NBA — it’s that big.
The content we shot turned out insane, and we’re hoping this is just the start of something long-term with DB. We’ve got even more madness in the works — let’s just say it involves a backflip, a boat, and the Streamline board getting airborne in ways it probably wasn’t designed for 👀
Massive thanks to DB Skimboards for trusting us to turn up and turn it into something wild.
If you’re not already following — you’re gonna want to.
Stay tuned.
