What happens when two brothers head deep into the country for an epic fishing and camping adventure—but spend the entire challenge tied together?
Absolute chaos. 😂
We packed up our fishing gear, loaded the TIDEWE Pop-Up Hunting Blind, and headed to our camp for one of the wildest Borillasnaps challenges we have ever attempted.
The rules sounded simple:
We each had to catch two bass while tied together before we could unlock the camping portion of the adventure.
Easy, right?
Not even close.
Fishing While Tied Together Was a Disaster
Trying to fish while physically tied to your brother is much harder than it sounds. Every cast had to be coordinated. Every time one person moved, the other person was pulled along. We couldn’t agree on where to fish, how fast to move, or who was getting in whose way.
Before long, we were doing more arguing than fishing. 😂
Then, out of nowhere, everything changed.
The bass suddenly turned on and started crushing our baits!
One fish became two. Then three. Finally, we each landed two bass and completed the challenge!
After catching four bass while tied together, we officially unlocked the camping portion of our adventure. 🎣🔥
We Turned Camp Into an Outdoor Feast
Once the fishing challenge was complete, it was time to get the fire going.
We built a huge bonfire, fired up the outdoor pit, and started cooking one of the best camp meals we have ever made.
The menu included:
- Grilled steaks
- Hamburgers
- Baked potatoes
- Fresh corn on the cob
- Texas toast
- And the best s’mores on the planet!
There is something different about cooking outside after spending the day fishing. The steaks and burgers came straight off the fire, the corn was incredible, and the s’mores may have stolen the entire show.
After surviving the fishing challenge and cooking a massive camp feast, we thought the craziest part of the adventure was over.
We were wrong.
Night Hunting From the TIDEWE Pop-Up Blind
As the sun disappeared, we set up our TIDEWE Pop-Up Hunting Blind and prepared to see what animals were moving around the camp after dark.
The blind gave us plenty of room to sit comfortably while staying concealed. We climbed inside, turned off the lights, and waited.
Then something came out of the darkness…
We still aren’t completely sure what we saw.
The animal looked like a human-sized rat with a tail! 😳
It was huge, strange, and definitely not what we expected to see walking around the camp at night.
Was it a giant nutria? A massive opossum? Something else?
